About OPM3 ProductSuite

An expansion of OPM3, OPM3 ProductSuite will enable a higher level of OPM3 application by offering service providers (i.e. Assessors and Consultants) access to certifications, tools, and services that increase their ability to help organizations achieve even greater value from OPM3.

OPM3 ProductSuite is comprised of three main elements: certifications, tools, and services. OPM3 ProductSuite Certifications provide the project management community with the skills it needs to achieve PMI Certified OPM3 Assessor or PMI Certified OPM3 Consultant status. OPM3 ProductSuite Tools provide robust Assessment and Improvement capabilities and methodology. OPM3 ProductSuite Services currently consists of a PMI Certified OPM3 Assessment Database, an OPM3 ProductSuite Provider Registry, and a PMI Registered OPM3 ProductSuite Consultancy status. Benchmarking is also being considered as a future feature of the OPM3 ProductSuite line of services.
